Shipping and Returns

All unworn clothing purchased with tags attached can be
exchanged for new merchandise. The merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was originally purchased in order to honor exchange. If we can see physical signs of wear and tear (rips, tears,make-up, etc) we will return your merchandise to you so please be very careful while trying on. There are no refunds. Sale/Clearance Items are all final sale. This includes any used a promo discount code. Lost/Stolen Package
In the event of a lost/stolen package, please notify the courier and us immediately. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will provide you with the information necessary so you can file a claim with the courier. Please note, it can take up to 90 days to get a response from the local courier in regards to your lost/stolen package. 

Store Credit

Koffee and Kream Boutique does not offer cash refunds. All accepted returns will be processed for a store credit that can be used online "ONLY".

All sales made using a store credit are final.

Please note, store credit are only valid for 90 days from the date issued. They do not apply to shipping charges.
